We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, where we truly experienced enhanced comfort and quality services. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, with their extreme thoughtfulness and kindness. The rooms were large and beautifully designed in a traditional style, offering a comfortable and personal onsen futon experience. The cleanliness and neatness were impeccable, and we couldn't resist taking a bath in the amazing water. The hotel's dining restaurant served some of the best food we've had in Japan, and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. we highly recommend this hotel to all, as it exceeded our expectations in every way.

I had an amazing experience at this traditional Japanese ryokan. The room was incredibly comfortable and the personal onsen futon was a highlight. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The hot spring was spacious and pristine, perfect for a relaxing soak. The breakfast prepared by the skilled chef was delicious and beautifully presented.

Although the location was beautiful, it was a bit isolated with limited activities nearby.

Really comfortable and clean rooms, with a personal onsen for a truly amazing experience. The water quality is excellent, making bath time a delight. • The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their thoughtfulness and kindness were truly outstanding.

It would be helpful if the front desk staff had better English communication skills and if there were more English instructions available for non-Japanese speaking guests. The lack of exhaust fans in the rooms made it difficult for the smoke smell to dissipate, which could be uncomfortable for non-smokers.

Loved the traditional feel and atmosphere of this Japanese hotel. The onsen was fantastic, a real highlight of our trip! , the location was perfect - a great base to explore the area with easy access to transport links. Another advantage was the top-notch breakfast - really set us up for a day of exploring!

The lack of English instructions and language barriers with some of the staff made things a little difficult, especially for non-Japanese speakers. there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity, but with a little bit of planning and transportation, it was easy to find activities in nearby areas.

I had an amazing stay at this ryokan! The traditional rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the personal onsen futon was a truly incredible experience. The room was impeccably clean and neat, including the pristine water in the bath. The staff's kindness and thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. The best part was their genuine efforts to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. I highly recommend this ryokan for its authentic Japanese style, public onsens, beautiful house, and the delicious breakfast provided. The staff's friendliness was exceptional.

    Nothing that I didn't like.
